Combine:

 

1 tsp verbena,

 

1 tsp lemon balm,

 

1 tsp mint

Pour boiling water, steep for 5–7 minutes — and enjoy a cup of calm.

 

Safety note:

Studies indicate that verbena may help lower blood pressure, not raise it. Moderate evening use is safe and doesn’t disturb sleep.
