How to make a purchase in our online store?

1. Select the products you want to buy.
2. Add them to your cart, click Add to cart
3. Click on the Cart link in the upper right corner to continue.
4. Make sure that the products in the shopping cart are exactly the products you wanted, and the quantity is correct.
5. If you are sure that everything is correct, click Proceed to check out link.
6. On the next page, enter the address and name for the order.
7. Make sure the entered data is correct and click Proceed to check out.
8. Select a delivery method and click Continue.
9. Select the closest Itella Smartpost parcel terminal. Delivery services are provided by Itella Estonia OÜ, AS Eesti Post.

13. Click on the “pay” button and you will be redirected to the online bank where you can pay for the order. After that, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address.
14. As soon as the package is delivered to the destination terminal, Itella Smartpost sends an SMS message to the mobile phone number specified during the ordering process.
Please, be careful while typing your email address in the corresponding field , because fast delivery of the goods depends on it.

The validity of the contract of sale, product information and price
Terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods in the online store.
Prices for goods sold in the online store are listed on the goods. The price indicated on the product includes 20% VAT.
Shipping charges will be added to the price. Shipping cost depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. Shipping cost is displayed to the buyer when placing an order.

Payment for goods
Payment is made in euros.
Bank link is the ability to pay for goods via the Internet bank. After placing the order, select your bank link that will direct you to the selected online bank.

The invoice will be sent to the email address you entered when placing the order. The agreement comes into force at the moment of receipt of payment to the online store account.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of notification.
In our store, goods are delivered via Itella Smartpost and Omniva to the address of the local parcel terminal or by courier. Delivery within Estonia.
NB! Maximum delivery time is 15 days. If there is no item in stock, will be paid back the amount paid to the buyer.

Cancellation and return of goods
The customer has the right to cancel the order after the goods have been paid, but prior to delivery of the goods, by sending an email to email@example.com with the order number and bank number of his bank or by calling Wordworks Studio OÜ at 56 888 260.
After receiving the goods, the buyer has 14 days to get acquainted with the products. If for any reason the purchased product does not suit you, you can return the product or replace it with another product within 14 days by sending a corresponding notification to the address of the online store along with your order number, bank number of your bank or by calling the contact phone Wordworks OÜ 56 888 260.
NB! If the item has been used, that is, the package or bottle has been opened, then the item cannot be exchanged or returned!
All questions related to returning the goods should be sent to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods and should be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
