Collagen is the basic building material of connective tissues. It is important for the appearance and quality of the musculature as well as the skin. Type II collagen is mainly found in articular cartilage, where it provides stiffness and strength to the cartilage. Type I collagen is involved in the structure of tendons, ligaments, bones and skin.

Vitamin C is crucial for the formation of collagen and the maintenance of cartilage, skin, gums, teeth and blood vessels.

Boswellia helps keep the joints in good condition.

vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) 40 mg (50 %)

Ingredients: collagen peptides, sweetener sorbitol*, L-ascorbic acid, Indian frankincense (Boswellia serrata) extract, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, hydrolyzed type I collagen, type II collagen, bovine gelatin as capsule shell and dye titanium dioxide.

Dosage: for adults 1 capsule per day with a sufficient amount of water after a meal. Not suitable for under 15s.
