Use: for muscle aches and fatigue, massage 2-3 drops of the oil into the painful area (legs, groin, neck) with gentle massaging movements. It is very suitable for sports people.
If you have a cold, put 2-3 drops of oil on a handkerchief and breathe.
For inhalation, add 10 drops of oil to a litre of hot ( but not boiling ) water, bend your head over the vessel, cover with a towel to allow air to pass through, close your eyes and breathe in the steam. If you catch cold or cough, rub 5-6 drops on your chest before going to bed.
Can be used to ward off insects: in the bedroom, add a couple of drops of oil to an aromatic lamp or other container. The oil can be rubbed into the skin. Herbal oil can be used for indoor breathing: add 3-4 drops of oil to a humidifier.
For tired legs, you can make a bath: 10-15 drops of oil in a bowl of water. A bath with 15-20 drops of oil is a tonic.
