Очень нравятся, т.к. имеют нейтральный вкус, использую для выпечки хлебцев. Осень хорошо помогают при запорах, но при условии, что будет выпито достаточное количество воды. Использовать надо с осторожностью у кого есть воспаление в ЖКТ, т.к. отруби имеют грубую структуру.
